Phase 3

Live Virtual Inspection

Inspector and supplier connect via secure video conference

Physical parts are shown to inspector via high-resolution camera

Measured values are reviewed against drawing callouts in real time

Any discrepancies or non-conformances are documented immediately

Phase 4

Documentation & Delivery

Inspection report compiled — all findings, measurements, and photos included

Certificate of Conformance (C of C) and supporting documents prepared

Full package reviewed internally before submission to customer

Customer-ready package delivered digitally within 24–48 hours
